Refund Eligibility

We understand that sometimes circumstances change or expectations aren't met. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting the quality of our educational programs.

Programs Eligible for Refunds

  • Educational courses and workshops completed less than 14 days ago
  • Consultation services where initial session hasn't occurred
  • Digital resources downloaded fewer than 3 times
  • Membership subscriptions within first 30 days
Important Notice
Refunds are not available for services that have been fully delivered or courses where certificates have been issued. Custom consulting work completed to your specifications cannot be refunded.

Payment Method Considerations

Refund processing times vary based on how you originally paid for our services. We always refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Credit Card Payments
Refunds typically appear on your statement within 3-7 business days after processing. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
Bank Transfer Payments
Direct bank refunds can take 7-10 business days to appear in your account. We'll provide a reference number for tracking purposes.
PayPal Payments
PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24 hours and appear immediately in your PayPal account balance.

Specific Refund Scenarios

Educational Course Refunds

If you're not satisfied with a course within the first two weeks and have completed less than 25% of the material, you're eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds may be available for courses completed between 25-50%.

Consultation Service Refunds

Consultation sessions can be refunded if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% fee, while no-shows cannot be refunded.

Subscription Service Refunds

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with no refund for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are eligible for pro-rated refunds within the first 30 days.

Group Workshop Refunds

Workshop refunds depend on timing: full refunds available 7+ days before the event, 50% refunds 3-7 days before, and no refunds within 72 hours of the workshop start time.

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that unexpected situations can arise. While we maintain standard policies, we'll consider refund requests outside normal parameters in cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or technical issues on our end.
  • Medical emergencies with appropriate documentation
  • Technical failures preventing access to paid services
  • Significant changes to advertised course content
  • Instructor cancellations or unavailability
Each exceptional case is reviewed individually by our management team. We aim to find fair solutions that work for both parties while maintaining the integrity of our programs.
